RAMAROSHAN - Episode I

#ramaroshan #achham After spending 3 nights in Tribenipatan, we bid goodbye to the Kalikot team and moved towards our new destination, Ramaroshan Area of Achham. Along the way, we stayed at Chhakha, the highest point of the whole Achham District. The next morning, we said our prayers to Chhakadevi and enjoyed the panoramic view from the top. The trails ahead were still arduous, oftentimes steep and narrow, but we obediently followed our friends from Achham. The hardest part of the hike was Bange Chhahara, which was beautiful and scary at the same time. But once we crossed that section, the hard times were over. We’d entered the Ramaroshan Area. A beautiful plain valley with 12 various lakes and 18 different meadows. In this episode of Ramaroshan, we explore the Tallo Dhaune, Mathillo Dhaune, Nila Banda and Jingale Lakes and enjoy Local Asala fish at Roshan Maidaan.
