Ya'll know I'm all about the ingredients and KNOWING what's in my food. For that reason, I make my own seasoning blends & this one is a favorite. I never buy seasoned pork, I only buy ground pork & season it myself. This seasoning blend is featured in the Creamy Sausage Pasta recipe on here. Jump in the kitchen & make this blend so you can whip out that pasta dish! Use 1.5 - 2 T per pound of ground pork 1 T fennel seeds, minced 1 T dried basil 1 T dried oregano 1 T garlic powder 1 T dried parsley 1½ tsp onion powder 1½ tsp dried rosemary 1½ tsp black pepper ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
