Magic Circle abdominal routine, focusing on finding deeper core connection. In this video you will find many progressions to intensify the exercise and to engage all muscles around your trunk. This is also a wonderful routine to tone up and strengthen your shoulder, arms, back and legs. Please remember to keep your shoulders away from ears, back neutral or gently imprint towards the mat, ribcage closed and to flow with your breathing.
