After watching the brand new video for "Florida Water Blues," the title track and first glimpse of the upcoming album from New Orleans duo Twisted Teens, we found ourselves wrestling with the oldest question in the book: which came first, the chicken or the egg? Because it's downright impossible to imagine a more perfect pairing than this gorgeous little short film and the spellbinding soundtrack wrapped around it... or maybe it was the music that had been waiting all along for these images to exist. An impossibly lovable couple drifting through a love story that's as innocent as it is dark, as tender as it is deliciously unsettling, collides with a gorgeous, one-of-a-kind blues tune conjured up by this killer New Orleans two-piece. The result is pure magic: each makes the other shine brighter, until you can no longer picture one without the other. Some stories are simply too beautiful not to be told.
