ONDE-ONDE KETAWA BUATAN IBU RUMAH TANGGA

Armed with experience working in a wet cake shop, Tunik now runs a culinary business selling onde-onde ketawa (laughing onde-onde) from her home in the Kedungsari neighborhood, Gedung Gedangan Village, Magersari District, Mojokerto City. She has been producing onde-onde ketawa, a Nganjuk specialty snack with a sweet taste and crispy texture, since 2014. Having been in the business for many years, Tunik has become accustomed to producing large quantities daily. In fact, she can produce 10 to 15 kilograms of dough per day. She earns a turnover of up to IDR 1.5 million per production run. Tunik is supported by her family for production. She offers a variety of packaging sizes, starting with 200 grams priced at IDR 12,000, 250 grams at IDR 19,000, and 500 grams at IDR 22,000.
