Durbar of Kano 🎷 African Smooth Jazz | Saxophone | Peomocracy

The Durbar of Kano — centuries-old Hausa royal pageantry, still performed today at the close of Ramadan and other festivals. Hundreds of horsemen in embroidered robes and armored horses parade before the Emir's palace, drums and kakaki (ceremonial long trumpets) announcing each approach — a display of loyalty, history, and craftsmanship passed down through generations of Kano's royal court. Stately tenor saxophone leads, with kakaki, goje fiddle, and talking drum woven in. Part of the Peomocracy African Sax Smooth Jazz Collection — celebrating Global Africans' landmarks, names, history, and culture. New tracks daily. 🎷 Full playlist:    • Peomocracy Sax Smooth Jazz   🌍 Learn more: peomocracy.com 📚 Book: African Nonism and Peomocracy #SmoothJazz #Saxophone #RelaxingMusic #AfricanJazz #StudyMusic #WorkMusic
