Our awareness depends on our emotions. We may think we see the truth in something but in reality, we can only see through the lens of our current emotion. If you are mad, then whatever you see will agitate you. If you are happy, then you will see the joy and good in things. If you are worried, then you will see the worst-case scenario in situations. If you are stressed, then more things will bother you. You can use this information to help you next time you are feeling down and you're suddenly noticing all the bad things around in or in your life.... just remember that its caused by your emotions and not bc things are really that bad.
