I had a heart attack! Where to from here?

I am ok now, but in this video I will explain how I believe I suffered a minor heart attack and what do I do now. I have now been living in Chiang Mai Thailand for just over a year and found myself in an Intensive Care Unit for a couple of days to determine why I had suffered what was called a 'mild heart attack' and what I now need to do to overcome what was a scary medical situation to be in. I discover that I do have to modify my lifestyle somewhat, but I have been heading in the right direction since my retirement, which has left me a little frustrated that this has happened. All the information in this video is from my experience and circumstances, but I hope that it may provide some useful information for anyone who may find themselves in a similar situation.
