Chiang Mai small houses to rent - Doi Saket $215 !!

So I am still hunting for a small house to live in. The fortunate problem I have is, that there is so much to choose from! I dont really want to live in the city, but I dont want to live too far out either. A 30 to 40 minute radius is where I'm looking, which is why I am now in the Doi Saket District of Chiang Mai. The district is predominantly a rural farming area, containing a mixture of rice fields on the valley floor to orchard and other farming on the hillsides. I am already familiar with this area and really like the laid-back attitude of daily life, the markets and surrounding rice fields, while never too far from the busier Chiang Mai city. Wat Phra That Doi Saket is a Buddhist temple located on the 425-meter-high Doi Saket, a mountain in the Khun Tan Range, in Doi Saket district in the eastern part of Chiang Mai Province, Thailand. The pagoda is a 30-meter-high structure built of reinforced concrete that enshrines the sacred hair relics of the Buddha.
