MY MUTTON CHOPS RECIPE

Mutton chops, 2 kgs Ginger garlic paste, 2 tablespoon Salt, To taste Eggs, 6 Bread crumbs, 2 cups Oil, for frying. METHOD, In a large pan add water chops, and salt bring to boil, lower flame, and cover pot, cook till tender.( water should dry) In a pot add eggs, salt , pepper and Baisan( gradually) . Beat well till smooth. Add bread crumbs in a tray . Dip chops in the mixture then cover with bread crumbs and fry till golden. Serve hot and enjoy delicious chops.
