MY ZARDA RECIPE😊

Rice: 550 Grams Sugar: 520 Grams Almonds: handful Food colour: qtr tsp Ashrafi : for garnish. Desi ghee: half cup. Elaichi: 4 to 5 MERHOD, Boil rice , add half teaspoon of salt in water and boil rice till done. Heat ghee add elaichi and mix for 2 minutes, Add 250ml water , add sugar and colour ,mix sugar till dissolves. Add boiled rice and gently mix in . Cook on high flame till water dries. Lower flame and cover lid , leave for 20 to 30 mins. Garnish with peeled and cut almonds and ashrafi murabba. ENJOY.
