Hard IFR to Block Island GPS 10 approach in rain and poor visibility
Took a morning breakfast run to Block Island. Great day for IFR in the winter with warm temps aloft and minimal wind or gusts. Weather was supposed to be 2600 BKN and 9 mile vis but deteriorated by the time I arrived. All in all was a very good flight wto keep the skills up.
