He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, with a research focus on Law and Artificial Intelligence. An alumnus of the University of Allahabad and a postgraduate from Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), Mr. Gupta specializes in Information Technology Law, Electronic Evidence, Artificial Intelligence, Emerging Technologies, and their interaction with legal and regulatory systems. Over the years, he has delivered lectures, presented research papers, and served as a resource person at numerous national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops. He has trained judicial officers, prosecution officers, senior police officers, defence personnel, and forensic experts on cyber laws, electronic evidence, data privacy frameworks, online consumer protection, and the legal implications of emerging technologies. His work emphasizes the ethical integration of Artificial Intelligence and advanced technologies to promote a safe, secure, and digitally empowered society.
