MINI CINNAMON ROLLS: 280g ( 2 cups ) Self Raising Flour ( OR all purpose flour + 3/4 tsp baking soda) 200 g ( 7 ounces ) Sweet Yogurt ( or any type of plain yogurt + 2 tbsp sugar) 80 g ( 3/4 stick ) Softened Butter PLEASE NOTE: They are not supposed to rise like traditional yeast-raised cinnamon rolls - see the video for more details. Bake the mini rolls for only 4-5 minutes! Filling: 30-40 gr Butter ( 2-3 tbsp ) 100 gr Brown Sugar ( 1/2 cup) 1 tbsp Cinnamon 1/2 tbsp Corn Starch 1/4 tsp Salt Cream Cheese Glaze: 100 gr Philadelphia Cream Cheese ( 1/2 cup Cream Cheese) 40 gr Powdered Sugar ( 1/3 cup) 1 tsp Vanilla Splash of Milk ( Start with 2 tbsp and adjust to your liking.
