Many people assumed Changshun Teahouse was a new brand under Bai Nian Changshun, and numerous people even called Chairman Yang Guozhen to congratulate him. Realizing the seriousness of the situation, Chairman Yang posted online that he would gather evidence and initiate legal proceedings to pursue infringement. In an exclusive interview, Chairman Yang Guozhen expressed his concern that the striking similarity between Changshun's name and his own might mislead consumers into believing there was a connection or franchise relationship, which he strongly opposed.
