Yesterday afternoon (17th), actress Jie-Ling Hsieh was waiting at a traffic light on the pedestrian crossing in front of the Taipei World Trade Center when she was suddenly hit from behind by a man riding an electric scooter. She experienced a sharp pain in her heel, but the man simply picked up his scooter and drove off without even apologizing, leaving Hsieh stunned and exclaiming, "So unprofessional!" She later angrily posted the video online.
