It guarantees the screening of Mexican films in theaters and on streaming platforms, as well as annual budget increases and tax incentives for certain productions. In contrast to the opacity of trusts, the budget allocated directly to film production guarantees transparency. We strengthened the promotion of Mexican cinema with a vision of a multicultural country, audience rights, and the inclusion of directors, producers, and exhibitors. The screening of Mexican films will increase from seven to 14 days; there will be weekly and semi-annual reviews to adjust the program schedule. Ten percent of films are guaranteed to be shown in theaters. We are also strengthening the promotion of national productions on digital platforms in a special section. The National Film Archive will be responsible for preserving, restoring, and digitizing the heritage collection of films and audiovisual materials. We will reinforce support for film schools with resources allocated last year for infrastructure, as well as providing free education. The Fourth Section of Chapultepec Forest will expand its educational offerings with a school of trades related to the film industry, as well as spaces for filmmakers to meet. An additional initiative will reform the Federal Labor Law and the Federal Copyright Law to protect the work of dubbing professionals. It will guarantee the rights of those who are not formally employed. For the first time, the law will recognize the human voice as a unique and irreplaceable artistic tool that forms part of one's personal image; its use will require authorization. In this way, it is protected from the use of artificial intelligence tools. Our filmmakers and creatives already have worldwide recognition; we are very proud of them. This Sunday, we will announce tax incentives for the production of series and films; we are confident that this will expand the promotion of Mexico worldwide.
