This gluten free wraps recipe uses buckwheat flour and flaxseed to create healthy wraps that are both satisfying and simple to prepare. I don't know about you, but I find store-bought gluten free wraps are full of gums, starches, and ingredients you need a chemistry degree to pronounce 😂 They cost a fortune too! I stopped buying wraps a long time ago and just make my own. These gluten free wraps are made of 5 ingredients only; they're soft, pliable, and actually hold together without falling apart on you. You can make a whole batch of them and store them in the fridge - they keep fine! They're really perfect for gluten free snacks, gluten free breakfasts, sandwiches and picnics.
