Notes: The customer had the icloud lock login for this laptop, so it was legitimately owned and not fished out of a dumpster. There was a second laptop I was looking at during recording of this, but the logic board was a wreck. There wasn't much to learn from it other than some minor tech-gore, so I cut it for time.
