It's another custom build no-POST diagnostics session, this one keeps turning off and on again. Spoilers down below... CPU wasn't seated properly, and had trace amounts of thermal paste on the pads, and a bit of motion on the CPU cooler caused it to intermittently not POST. _ Thanks to music bros down below!
