JA Zenkyoren has produced a special JA Zenkyoren movie, "Rainbow Action With You," starring actress Nakama Yukie, to support those living apart from their loved ones as they adapt to the "new normal." The movie will be released on May 28, 2020, with the aim of helping those who still spend a lot of time at home overcome their lack of exercise and promote their health. This special movie, "Rainbow Action With You," was produced remotely and shows Nakama Yukie taking on JA Zenkyoren's "Rainbow Exercise" with people from all over the country. Amid the "new normal," prolonged work-from-home practices and lack of exercise have led to concerns about new health risks, such as "home economy syndrome." This time, Nakama Yukie and hardworking people from all over the country take on the Rainbow Exercise, a simple exercise that can be done at home. "Rainbow Exercise" is a blood circulation exercise devised by Futamura Yasoko. It combines gentle movements that don't strain the heart, making it easy for anyone to do, anytime, anywhere. As part of JA Zenkyoren's community contribution activities to promote health, it has been enjoyed by people all over the country, especially by JA women's organizations, since 1983. We hope that seeing the hard work of people all over the country will lift their spirits, and that "Rainbow Exercise" will help promote their health.
