Tired Of Being Tired?

Exhausted from the constant go-go-go? Between school, work, finals, anxiety, and late-night scrolling… a lot of us are running on empty. In this episode, the four of us sit down and get super honest about the one thing we’re all really bad at — true rest. Not just catching more sleep, but the deep spiritual rest that only Jesus can give. We talk about what it actually looks like to slow down and rest in the Lord even when life feels chaotic. We share our personal struggles: fighting for morning time with God, having long honest conversations with Him, using worship music, sitting in silence, exercising with the Lord, and how rest looks different for each of us. We also dive into what the Bible says about rest — including Jesus inviting His disciples to “come away with me and rest” and His beautiful promise in Matthew 11: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” If you’ve been feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, or spiritually drained, this conversation is for you.
