It’s 5:00 p.m., the rain is pouring down outside, and after a long day of being glued to my computer screen, I’ve reached that point where I just need to move. I was feeling quite tired and a bit stationary, so I decided to set a timer and get some blood flowing with a quick evening reset. Join me for a little "pottering about" as I tackle those small jobs that have been calling my name. It’s amazing how just 20 minutes of moving can completely reset your brain after a long day of work.
