5 Minute Wins: Jumping Back Into Cleaning Routines After A Holiday

In this video, I'm sharing my 5 AM early morning routine as I jump back into my cleaning routines after a 10-day holiday. Feeling a bit overwhelmed by the "hot spots" and mess that accumulated while family was visiting, I use a simple to-do list and 5-minute timers to reclaim my messy kitchen. Watch as I tackle the dishes, unload the dishwasher, empty the bins, and clean my coffee area—all before my first cup of coffee ! I'll be talking about the importance of "progress, not perfection," dealing with procrastination, and the challenge of saying no to preserve your own energy.
