ND Bertin Desjardins has been active in education for over 25 years. First as a teacher, then as an educational consultant, he contributed to the implementation of the Technology Exploration course at the Beauce-Etchemins School Board and the Personal Career Project at the Quebec Ministry of Education, Recreation and Sports. Since the arrival of his son Philippe, now 5 years old, he has taken a more open and exploratory interest in our teaching and learning methods. Since 2007, he has been responsible for the RÉCIT National Professional Development Service. The acronym RÉCIT stands for Network for Skills Development through the Integration of Technologies, whose mandate is to promote skills development among teachers and students through the pedagogical use of ICT (information and communication technologies) in connection with professional development programs.
