English Torrijas is a traditional Spanish dish that is similar to French toast, but in the Spanish way! Ingredients that you would need: • 1 bread loaf from the day before (preferably Cuban bread) • 4 cups of whole milk • 1 lemon zest (grated rind of one lemon) • 1-2 cinnamon sticks • 3 large eggs • ¼ tablespoon of ground cinnamon.
