What IS Pete Doing?/Life After the Tally Ho Project With Sampson Boat Co.

After a long stint on the Tally Ho project with Sampson Boat Co and an even longer stint taking a hiatus from appearing on camera, I've struck out on my own to let people know what, indeed, I have been doing! In this video I take you along on a 9 day work trip to Bristol Bay Alaska. On which I join a group of five other stellar shipwrights from Port Townsend Wa to do some "rough and tumble" annual maintenance on a pair of commercial fishing vessels. Accompanying this video is a short slide-show at the end to answer that age old question, "Hey Pete, what are you doing?!" My intention with this YouTube channel is to share my passions of boat building, woodworking, timber framing, and troubleshooting through the various projects I work on at my boat shop and at my off-grid property.
