Ep 4 Building a John Welsford Scraps tender rowing boat LOA: 6'3'' 1890mm Making up the Transom.

This is my first boat build and decided to opt for a John Welsford designed scraps tender which can be rowed, motored, towed and can be strapped down onto the cabin of a larger boat. The series is probably more aimed at the amateur who would be considering building their first boat which is light and easily fitted to the roof of a small car or maybe inside it!.
