Thank you for subscribing! I appreciate you being here! Display Quilt behind me is from a Sew along called Solstice Sampler by Pat Sloan in 2022. I made all the blocks but incorporated a couple of orphan blocks as well. I think the Pineapple block is one. Finished size 90 x 90". Quilting Design: Sashiko. Offset: Cheryl Arkison, prints are cut 1.5" x 2.5", low volume are 2.5" squares. Columns of 30 units are 90" in length. It will take 34 columns for a twin size quilt. String Quilt: 16" finished. The strips are cut 2.5" wide and lengths are as follows: Cut 2 of each: 3.5", 5.5", 7.5", 9.5", 11.5", 13.5", 15.5", 17.5" and one 19.5". Each length should fit perfectly to the block. No trimming should be necessary. If it does not fit adjust your seam allowance so that the log you are adding matches the block perfectly.
