I take Kelsey through a complex that is used often at Vigor Ground and it includes: RDL x 6 Bent Row x 6 Hang Clean x 6 Front Squat x 6 Push Press x 6 Reverse Lunge x 6/side I explain some other variations you can do and how to keep the rep ranges between 5-10 reps per exercise. Take a 60-120 second break and repeat for 4-6 rounds for a full quick and effective workout.
