how I journal to stop overthinking

I've been journaling for years, and I've never really talked about it. Writing is such a simple habit, yet it might be the most powerful one for personal growth, mental clarity, or just feeling more calm. In this video I break down the journaling system that keeps me writing, after years of trying different notebooks and techniques. I keep it simple, but it's a proven method (in my eyes). So if you're new to journaling, or looking for a different way to write that's easy, low stress, but effective, then look no further. I use four different notebooks, each with a specific purpose. This simple journaling system has helped me think more clearly, stay creative, organize my ideas, and understand my life a little better. The notebooks or journals themselves do not need to be perfect or exactly as I have, but I've found this structure keeps my thoughts organized. In this video I walk through each notebook, why I use it, and how they all work together. If you've ever wanted to start journaling but felt overwhelmed by all the different methods, I hope this gives you a simple place to start. If you're interested in intentional living, creativity, slowing down, and building better habits, you're in the right place. PS. I don't write in all four journals everyday! That would be a lot. I explain how I use them in the video :) Thanks for watching!
