Hey, Was the Kine-Exakta the first system camera, or was it the Leica, or does the Nikon F deserve this distinction because it was specifically designed for professional users? The term itself is as vague as its classification. Or is every camera with accessories ultimately a camera system, and the camera itself therefore a system camera? Since I can't and don't want to answer this question, I'd rather introduce a camera that definitely offers a comprehensive system for a wide variety of tasks. And at least one thing is certain: The Praktina put considerable pressure on its competitors back then, and it was certainly the driving force behind many developments that followed in its wake.
