Fujifilm's Version of the Holga... 25 Years Earlier

A few days later, the ‘Fujipet’ sat on my desk—a 6x6 medium format film camera, which was originally intended to be a low-cost, simple-to-use camera that anyone could use, regardless of their experience. The feature set, or lack thereof, and its intended market reminded me exactly of the Holga. The only difference is that the Fujipet was only ever available in Japan and was released almost twenty-five years earlier. I knew I had to try it. In this video, I share the backstory about this very cool-looking camera, and get out and shoot some B&W film through.
