And here we are, @DrFedericoDistefano and I. If you remember, we exchanged treatments a while ago, because we chiropractors need it too, and now it's Dr. Distefano's turn again 😉 I have to say that Dr. Distefano manages to stay fit, despite his long hours, but I noticed some tension in my right cervical spine, both in rotation and flexion. Not to mention his feet... both locked up 😖, but his pelvis... slightly better. He used to be a real athlete 😂, he'd jump rope for about an hour 😧, and I can assure you, it's hard to do even one minute straight. Now, with the long hours, his body obviously suffers, but Dr. Distefano is young, and we can still do a lot!
