Lakshmikant Sharma (LK), a student of the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, humbly attributes his personal and professional growth to the teachings and values of Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba and the learning he gained during his time at the institute. As far as his education is concerned, LK’s association with Sri Sathya Sai Balvikas began in 2001, marking the start of his profound spiritual and educational path. In 2008, he joined the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, where he delved deep into the world of Economics, earning his Undergraduate degree with honors. Under Swami’s direct guidance, LK further pursued his academic aspirations. completing a Master’s in Economics and an MBA specializing in Finance. Creative Endeavors: • His artistic contributions are evident in his creativity and reverence for spiritual teachings. LK has both acted in and directed two short films, “Ehsaas – a tryst with Love,” which poignantly captures the relationship between Swami and his students. Additionally, he conceptualized and created three documentaries titled “With Love,” focusing on Swami’s visits to Kodaikanal. Inspired by the messages of his Guru and Master Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, he has worked on conceptualizing various conferences, workshops, dramas to convey the concepts of higher purpose and goals of life. Professional Milestones: • LK’s professional journey commenced in the Investment Banking sector in 2015 with Tata Capital. In 2018, he further honed his expertise in finance at Transworld M&A Advisors, a US-based firm, where he was instrumental in closing deals ranging from USD 5 Million to USD 35 Million across diverse sectors. Subsequently in 2020, embracing the entrepreneurial spirit, LK co-founded Valuecraftz Advisors now rebranded as Yajur Knowledge Solutions, a mid-office investment bank that operates as a knowledge partner to Investment Banks, M&A advisors, SMEs, and Startups across the USA, Australia, Dubai, and India. Academic Contributions and Mentoring: • His passion for sharing knowledge and guiding young minds is reflected in his role as a guest lecturer and mentor for entrepreneurial cells in various colleges across India. He has also addressed and judged various competitions related to Entrepreneurship in many colleges. Community Involvement: • Beyond his professional achievements, LK remains deeply involved with the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, India. He is currently serving as the National Youth Coordinator involving himself with various youth activities and initiatives across India. • He engages with youth across India to participate in and develop various youth-related initiatives that are focused towards serving the society.
