Welcome to this barre workout, where we use ballet-inspired exercises to train the entire body in an elegant and dance-like way. The workout is set to a diverse mix of music :-) If you have no ballet experience, no problem! Just give it a try and have fun. For this workout, you'll need something to serve as a ballet barre, such as the back of a chair or a kitchen counter. I also use 2kg dumbbells for one exercise sequence. If you don't have dumbbells, you can just use water bottles or do this exercise without weights.
