Yoga with weights! A yoga-inspired weight training session or a bodybuilding-inspired yoga practice? Either way you look at it, Rob's Iron Yoga class is a challenge of the body and mind. It's recommended to try Iron Yoga under the supervision of a certified professional before attempting this video. You may not want to use any weights the first time, graduating to very light weights when you're confident you can hold the poses with proper technique.
