This Pokémon GO challenge pushed me right to the limit! Join me as I travel from Minneapolis–Saint Paul (MSP) to Boston Logan Airport before spending an unforgettable weekend exploring Boston and Cape Cod. While the main purpose of the trip was sightseeing and attending a beautiful wedding, I had another mission in mind: catch 2,600 Pokémon during the vacation to reach an incredible milestone of 200,000 total catches! We kicked off the trip with about six hours in downtown Boston, where we stopped at Row 34 for what might be the best lobster rolls I've ever had. If you're visiting Boston, this place absolutely deserves a spot on your itinerary. From there we drove to Falmouth, Cape Cod, where the Pokémon GO grind really began. I spent time raiding, battling, and taking over nearly every Gym in town while exploring one of the most beautiful coastal areas in Massachusetts. One of the highlights of the trip was taking the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Between the ocean views, sightseeing, and spending quality time with family and friends, it was an amazing experience both on and off Pokémon GO. After celebrating an incredible wedding weekend, it was time to head home—but the challenge wasn't over. When I landed back in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, I still needed 250 more catches to reach my goal. With the clock ticking, I headed downtown for one final Pokémon GO grind to see if I could hit 200,000 lifetime catches before the challenge expired. Did I complete the challenge?
