Кругобайкальская железная дорога (КБЖД) | Пешком за 5 дней | День 3

The modern Circum-Baikal Railway (CBZhD) is a partially preserved branch of the 260-kilometer section of the Trans-Baikal Railway, built in the early 20th century, from Innokentyevskaya station (now Irkutsk-Sortirovochny) to Mysovaya station (now the town of Babushkin in the Republic of Buryatia). After the commissioning of the railway directly across the Olkhinskoye Plateau and the construction of the Irkutsk Hydroelectric Power Station, part of the track was dismantled. After this, this section of the line became a dead-end and sparsely traveled route, and later became a tourist destination. Our journey takes five days and covers almost 100 km. On the third day, we traveled from the Sharyzhalgay tourist base to the parking lot at Tunnel No. 15. 00:00 — Sharyzhalgay tourist base station 06:26 — Sharyzhalgay 08:55 — Tunnel #31 "Sharyzhalgay-4" 10:34 — Pylovka station 11:38 — Tunnel #30 "Sharyzhalgay-3" 13:05 — Tunnel #29 "Sharyzhalgay-2" 13:58 — Tunnel #28 "Sharyzhalgay-1" 16:08 — Tunnel #27 "Nameless" 18:22 — Gallery #12(11) "Ploskaya" 19:33 — Tunnel #26 "Stolby-2" 20:46 — Tunnel #25 "Stolby-1" 25:19 — station Baklan 26:03 — Gallery No. 11(10) "Baklanya" and Gallery No. 10(/) 28:46 — Tunnel No. 24 "Baklanya" 31:32 — st.
