Kintrishi River, Georgia. Lower section III+ (IV), MW+

Great and beatiful run in the gorge. Starting at the power plant. Main rapid features quite a dodgy tree on the left bottom, a bit hidden while inspecting. Potentially dangerous syphon for a swimmer. After bridge next to cementery it goes into big gorge. There is another big rapid, a lot of trees at the top of it but this year (2026) it was clear to run on the far left side. Very often there is a tree there tho so inspect carefully on the left. Straight after that there is a rapid with two big rocks and sieves built by trees, approach carefully, inspect on the right bank.
