Philippe Croizon had an accident in 1994 with a 20 000 Volts power cable: the current entered through his hands and went through his legs. It took all his four limbs to be amputated to save him. Since then he has become an extraordinary adventurer: he swam across the Channel and later covered the five continents in the same way.
