Bad Morning, Good Comeback | Day 3
Day 3 did not start well. I woke up late at 7:30 AM and honestly, the whole morning felt bad. But instead of letting the day go completely, I decided to make it better. Today’s target in my 100 Push Up Challenge was 15 push ups. I went to Nehru Park, completed the push ups, came back, had breakfast, and recorded this vlog. Not every day starts perfectly. But the real challenge is to still show up, even when the day starts badly. This is Day 3 of my journey to build discipline, fitness, and consistency — one small win at a time.
