Morning Routine | Push ups | Book update | Breakfast

Day 6 of my push-up challenge ✅ Today’s target was 30 push-ups. I planned to finish them in 3 sets, but it actually took me 4 sets: 12, 8, 6 and 2. Not perfect, but completed. In this vlog, I also share my thoughts on Atomic Habits after almost finishing the book, talk about the next book I’m planning to read — Foundation — and mention a few other books that are currently on my mind. Apart from that, I cooked a simple breakfast with eggs and coffee, showed what I ordered from Zomato yesterday, and spoke about general life updates. A simple 7-minute vlog about fitness, reading, food and trying to stay consistent.
