今井美樹さんの1990年8月に発売された5枚目のアルバム「retour」の6曲目に収録された「幸せになりたい」に挑戦しました。 シングルカットはされませんでしたが、ライヴでは必ず演奏される人気曲です。 クロスオーバー・フュージョンががった雰囲気のファンキーなリズムが印象的で、曲のタイトル通り、聴いていてとても元気が出てくる楽しい曲です。 ドラム歴12年の中で叩いてきた曲の中で最も叩いていて楽しい曲の1つかもしれません。 原曲でドラムを叩いているのは、日本のスタジオドラマーの中で至高のグルーヴで多くの人を魅了してきた青山純さんです。 青山純さんのグルーヴの足元にも及びませんが頑張ったのでご視聴いただければ幸いです。 I tried at "Shiawase ni Naritai," the sixth track from Miki Imai's fifth album, "retour," released in August 1990. Although it wasn't released as a single, it's a popular song that's always played at live performances. The song has a funky rhythm with a crossover/fusion feel, and as the title suggests, it's a fun song that really lifts your spirits. It might be one of the most enjoyable songs to play in my 12 years of drumming. The original drummer is Jun Aoyama, a studio drummer in Japan who has captivated many with his supreme groove. I'm nowhere near Jun Aoyama's groove, but I did my best, so I hope you'll enjoy listening.
