This tutorial, especially for my Level 1 belly dance beginners' course participants, anyone who has always found it difficult and would like to review it thoroughly, or anyone looking for new little embellishments for their dance, is a practice video on hand circles. In this 7-minute workout, I'll break down the movement completely, showing you various preparatory exercises leading up to the full hand movement. As always, there are many possible mistakes.
