#18 - Anchored Double Crochet Stitch for Mosaic Crochet

Eliminate unsightly gaps on the back of your Mosaic Crochet projects by using an anchored double crochet (Adc) stitch instead. I invented this stitch many years ago while designing some mosaic crochet patterns and I’m excited to share it with you today! Anchored double crochet (Adc) instructions: Insert hook in both loops (or in back loop only) of next st on previous row and draw up a lp, YO, insert hook in front lp of st one row below same st and draw up a lp, YO and draw through 2 lps on hook, YO and draw through all 3 lps on hook.
