Hanumanasana - Splits Pose & Yoga Flow Class - Five Parks Yoga
This 60-minute vinyasa flow yoga class is a perfect all-levels yoga class that focuses on getting your body ready for the peak pose of Hanumanasana Splits Pose at the height of class. You do not need to be able to achieve the pose by any means, but if Splits Pose is in your practice, this class will help you be prepared for your full potential. The Yoga class begins with a nice warm-up sequence that flows nicely into a fun and challenging vinyasa flow. New poses are added into the flow, each getting you closer and closer to Splits Pose. After reaching the class peak at Hanumanasana, we'll start to slowly cool your body down and enjoy some refreshing restorative postures until we all end up together in a much-deserved savasana.
