This recipe makes a delicious apple pie, almost as good as my grandmother's, perfect for the holidays. Although it's not a traditional Christmas cake, I believe we bake what we like, not what we "have to" bake for the holidays. The recipe is very, very simple, and it's unlikely that someone won't make a delicious apple pie just like the one in the video. Ingredients: Cake: 450g 450g all-purpose flour 3 egg yolks 1 whole egg 120g sugar 1.5 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 250g butter Apple filling: 2 kg apples 2 tablespoons sugar (to taste) 1 heaping teaspoon cinnamon 2 tablespoons potato flour The baking pan measures 20x30cm.
