What is "Good Damage" in Bojack Horseman?

One of the best episodes of the show that is also completely filled with amazing lessons about feeling the need to utilize damage and trauma and what it means to live with it moving into your adult life. There's some excellent perspective, realistic self-talk, and great advice for anyone struggling with the same issues. And this concept doesn't only apply to Diane- this is a theme that can be seen throughout all the seasons through a couple of separate characters. The writing in this show is truly so textured, having the characters utilize their lowest moments and traumatic experiences to learn and grown, and makes for much more realistic and relatable characters in the long run. I appreciate them delving so far into the impacts of trauma and CPTSD, and feel they did an excellent job of portraying them! Let me know if you agree!
