In 1915, plumbers looking for the sewer in the basement of 133 S. 14th St in Harrisburg Pennsylvania, would discover the remains of a young girl buried in the basement. Investigators would begin searching for suspects by tracking previous tenants back to the construction of the house in 1892. Several girls were reported missing during this time.
